I'm intrigued by Brick. Is using a physical item different than just changing the focus filter to block apps? Does it really help? (Maybe I should be asking you this question in a month or two after you've used it longer.)
yep its a physical item. super easy to set up. you set permissions on what you can access and if you want to access it you can but you have to walk to another room and 'unbrick' your phone. I've used it for 3 days now and can tell a difference alreayd.
